Return Policy
All of the products Giant Moore Store provides are brand new and high quality. Our QC engineers test every single product once we get the item from our manufacturer. Before we ship the item, our engineer test again and our packing team carefully check if the accessories are right and electrical socket adapter are correct for your shipping address. All products from Giant Moore Store are with one year warranty. If you find your product not working or with something else wrong, please feel free to contact Giant Moore Store customer service. As dropshipping is available on Giant Moore Store , for those dropshippers, our customer service and warranty also apply to your customers.
Return Procedure
1. If you encounter any product problem, please contact us through email with detailed description and photos or videos if needed. You can also upload the video/images to iCloud or Youtube and just send the link to us.
2. We will report your issue to our engineers and manufacturers, and then offer you solutions if there are.
3.If the solution we suggest doesn’t work, you may need to send the item back to us, we will send the instruction for the return.
4. After receiving the returned product, our engineers will tested the item again to check the problem. If the item’s problem is indeed exist, we will send the item to the manufacturers and let them fix it or replace a new one for you.
5. We will send the fixed item or replaced item to you by airmail.
Kindly Note:
There is no restock fee for the return.
Make the item is well packaged. Besides, make sure that the case of the item is not defected and all the accessories and package is included.
Except for emergency, please choose registered mail service of post office to return the goods, and declare value no more than USD 40.00.
Please tell us the tracking number once you return the item.
Return, Repair, Replace and Refund
If the item is defective or gets broken within 7 days after receiving the item, and there is no any artificial damage, replace or refund is both acceptable. If refund, Giant Moore Store will fully refund including the product cost and the shipping fee we sent to you. However, you need to pay the shipping fee that you return the item to us.
If the item in one year warranty, we will get it repaired for you. We will be responsible for the repairing fee and shipping fee we send the return item to you. You only need to pay for the shipping fee that you return the item to us. If the item can’t be fixed, we can offer a new one or similar one for you for free.
For those artificial damage, customers need to pay for shipping cost back and forth, also the repairing fee.

Most frequent questions and answers
The warranty period begins from date when you received the parcel. In the case of resellers, this is when the vendor receives the goods from Giant Moore Store . The period is exactly 365 days from that time. For example, a product on the 365th day is covered, but a product on the 366th is no longer covered. In the case of delivery methods or destinations which lack a confirmed delivery tracking date, we will take the assumption that the warranty period starts 30 days after we sent out your order.
We will fully refund to you or resend a new one to you.
- If you have received the item for less than one month, you can return them item to us. But you will need to be responsible the shipping fee you return to us and the shipping fee we sent the item to you.
- We will test your returned item. If we find that the item is artificial damaged, we will charge the repairing fee from you.
- If the accessory you received is not related to wear and tear, we can replace a new one for free.
- If the accessory is wear and tear, we suggest you to purchase it from local store. If you insist to want to buy from us, please contact our customer representative.
